Secure Haven Care is licensed by the Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide participant directed HPC services.  

This gives individuals enrolled in a waiver program more control and authority to decide who provides needed services and how those services are provided. Secure Haven can help guide the individual in:

• Finding and recruiting employees
• Scheduling and participating in interviews and negotiating rates
• Providing training to employees
• Making sure employees are providing services in the plan according to the needs and preferences of the individual
• Helping communicate choices and preferences, signing timesheets, and keeping required paperwork or records.
