At Secure Haven Care, we believe that each individual we serve has the right to live their life on their own terms. Our person centered planning approach focuses on the development of partnerships between the county boards, guardians, therapists, provider, and the client. The end goal is to work collaboratively toward empowering our clients by giving them the necessary supports to live full and meaningful lives. We want to help make that happen.
