Our Response to COVID-19

At Secure Haven Care, we know that the health and well-being of you and your loved ones is paramount in these uncertain times.

That’s why we are taking measures to ensure the protection of our staff and our clients. We have limited the number of caregivers assigned to each client. Our clients are seeing fewer caregivers while still getting the hours and care they need. This limits the number of people our clients and staff come into contact with.

Our staff has also been educated on proper hygiene and social distancing practices. In cases where travel to high-risk areas by our staff is deemed necessary, we are imposing a two-week quarantine on them upon their return where they do not see any clients. We hope that these practices give you and your loved one peace of mind in these unprecedented times.
